The City Art Museum is a building which housed the former city hall and was designed by Kenzo Tange, the famous architect. It reminds us of a modern store-house built of triangular logs.The museum always exhibits many art works by artists such as Japanese style painter Yoson Ikeda and other local oriented artists.
